FORT COLLINS — The only drama on Sunday for Colorado State's volleyball team was where it was going for the NCAA Tournament.
The No. 12 Rams (26-3) make their 21st consecutive appearance, traveling to Stanford (the No. 8 overall seed at 22-6) to face Loyola Marymount in the first round Friday at 5:30 p.m. With a win, the Rams would face the winner of the Stanford-New Mexico State (28-5) game.
It's a tough pod, as Stanford was ranked No. 6 in the country and 12th in RPI heading into the seeding for the tournament. Loyola Marymount (22-8) is actually two spots ahead of CSU in RPI, 29 to 31.
