FORT COLLINS — When the week began, Colorado State's volleyball team had not won a five-set match this season, nor had it won a match in which it dropped the first two sets.
On Saturday night, the Rams accomplished both feats, rally past New Mexico for a 23-25, 21-25, 25-16, 25-22, 15-7 victory at Moby Arena. It was the second five-setter the Rams won this week, doing so against UNLV, keeping the team's hopes alive for an eighth-straight Mountain West title.
