FORT COLLINS — As Colorado State enters the season opener Friday with Colorado in Denver (6 p.m.; ESPN), the Rams feel like they have more to offer offensively.
Naturally, the overlying feeling is the players are better and more versed in the concepts of the playbook Mike Bobo brought with him. It's that conceptual knowledge that opens the world to the Rams, or at least a few more pages.
In that regard, he said the Rams are light years ahead of where they were.
"Offense is about execution and putting yourself in position to when they line up a certain way, of being able to execute it and hopefully a big play (comes)," Bobo said at his Monday press conference.
