Media that covers the Mountain West has picked Colorado State to finish seventh in the conference, the league announced Wednesday during its men's basketball media day.

It's the second year in a row the Rams have been tabbed seventh in the 11-team conference. CSU ended up one spot better than that last March, going 8-10 and finishing in a tie for sixth before making a run to the semifinals of the MW tournament.

The Rams lost four players — Antwan Scott, John Gillon, Tiel Daniels and Joe De Ciman — who started at least 24 games last year and return about a third of its scoring and rebounding.
