FORT COLLINS — More explosion. Less implosion.
The season has been a remarkable change for Colorado State's football team, and the fact its has happened concurrently on both sides of the ball has been a plus for the Rams.
"It's been a huge difference for us down the stretch," CSU head coach Mike Bobo said, his team 7-5 as it continues preparation for Idaho in the Potato Bowl on Dec. 22 (5 p.m.; ESPN).
After his first year as head coach, Mike Bobo said two of his areas of concern were the fact his offense wasn't hitting big plays very often while the defense was giving them up with great regularity.
