Colorado State football picks up verbal from Texas defender

Colorado State football's 2017 recruiting class continues to grow as the Rams picked up a verbal commitment from Bowie High School (Arlington, Texas) defensive end/linebacker Livingston Paogofie on Friday.

CSU's current class has 19 verbal commits so far, with four other players — offensive linemen Ben Knox and Tyler Bjorkland, tight end Griffin Hammer and Tennessee transfer wideout Preston Williams — already having signed letters of intent.

Paogofie registered 93 tackles and 10 sacks in his senior season, recovering two fumbles. A two-star recruit by Scout.com, he said he measured in at 6-foot-1.5 and 250 pounds during his visit to Fort Collins.
