Lose a game to a rival, it hurts more. Lose in the postseason, it stings.
Right now, Colorado State's football team is in a very painful state. With Saturday's 16-13 loss to Wyoming, the Rams have lost eight consecutive games played for a trophy.
"I mean, they're obviously games we want to win," CSU senior linebacker Evan Colorito said. "I would say they're more important because it's personal, it's a rivalry. This one, I mean, it's a big thing, it's the Army and Boot and everything.
