MINNEAPOLIS — There was pride for the amount of heart in his team's play. But Mike Bobo is the coach of a Colorado State football program in a different place and time, one where atta-boy's and participation-ribbon efforts aren't good enough.
Bobo's Rams played hard and hung in on the road as a double-digit dog against a Big 10 team, but still fell to 2-2 as the result of a 31-24 loss at TCF Bank Stadium. Don't discount the pride factor from Saturday's effort, but for the team it just isn't enough these days.
