FORT COLLINS — A day after the Arizona Bowl, Colorado State's football roster becomes much thinner.
Coach Mike Bobo will lose 24 players off that list (22 seniors and a pair of quarterbacks — junior Craig Leonard who is graduating early and redshirt freshman Coleman Key who is transferring), and the process of restocking the shelves has already started. It began Tuesday with the signing of defensive back Domonique Williams to a financial-aid agreement, then enhanced Wednesday with the signing of two more for the secondary — Houston Haynes (Pierce CC, Calif.) and A'Keitheon Whitner (Eastern Arizona JC) — both mid-season enrollees from the junior college ranks.
