FORT COLLINS — The days had melded.
By the time Colorado State's players met with the media, it was already Sunday morning, but that hadn't hit them yet. Consider it the blur of the moment.
It was a dizzying string of events. Forcing a field goal that Nevada missed. Seeing their own offense race down the field, only to miss a field goal of their own. Naturally, fitting the way the end of Saturday went, Nevada got in position to steal the game in short order.
As the night began, most considered it a stretch the Wolf Pack would knock off the Rams, a heavy favorite.
