FORT COLLINS — The Colorado State basketball team is developing a trend, and it's not a good one.
For the third time in as many home games this season, the Rams came out flat against a beatable opponent and found themselves in a hole.
Also, for the third time in three home games this season, the Rams were able to dig themselves out and remain unbeaten.
Only this time it was far, far more difficult than the previous two.
Eventually, though, the Rams were able to withstand a pair of game-tying 3-pointers late by visiting Abilene Christian and survive for a 108-100 double-overtime win on Tuesday night at Moby Arena.
