LAS VEGAS — One more win.
That's all that separates Colorado State and the NCAA Tournament.
The second-seeded Rams will face top-seeded Nevada in the Mountain West tournament championship game Saturday (4 p.m. MT) after coming back to beat sixth-seeded San Diego State 71-63 in the semifinals late Friday/early Saturday morning at the Thomas & Mack Center.
CSU managed to overcome a dismal start in which the Aztecs led 15-2 six minutes into the game. The Rams tied the game late in the first half before trailing 36-30 at the break.
They fell behind by as much eight in the second half before taking over the final 13 minutes.
