Colorado State basketball blown out at Fresno State

FRESNO, Calif. — A road game at Fresno State was an awfully tough draw for Colorado State's first game with just seven scholarship players.

And perhaps the Rams found out that playing with such a limited rotation is going to be tougher than they expected.

With reserves Devocio Butler, Che Bob and Kimani Jackson officially academically ineligible for the first time this season, CSU was thoroughly outplayed in a 78-57 loss to the host Bulldogs at the Save Mart Center late Wednesday night.

"I think the glaring thing is (we had) five assists and 17 turnovers," CSU coach Larry Eustachy said.
