FORT COLLINS — Two minutes and 17 seconds.
That's all it took to change the entire course of Colorado State's Mountain West opener late Wednesday night, a 91-77 victory over visiting UNLV.
A pair of free throws by Gian Clavell, a 3-pointer by Emmanuel Omobgo, a fastbreak dunk by Devocio Butler and a 3 by Che Bob. That sequence, along with a few defensive stops, made up a 10-0 CSU run to end the first half, turing a seven-point Rams' deficit into a lead they held the rest of the night.
The run started with the crowd of 2,464 completely lifeless.
