Looking to add depth to the quarterback race in 2016, Colorado State head coach Mike Bobo announced the addition of Georgia graduate transfer Faton Bauta on Friday. Bobo made the announcement via his Twitter account.

Bauta, who was recruited to Georgia by Bobo during his time as offensive coordinator, graduates this month and will be immediately eligible for next season after four seasons in Athens. After redshirting during his first year with the program, Bauta played in six games over the next two seasons, completing four of five passes for 48 yards and rushing for 46 yards on 10 carries.
