FORT COLLINS — Mike Bobo once recruited Faton Bauta to Georgia, and he's done it again, this time at Colorado State.
Bauta, who will be a graduate transfer after earning his degree in sports marketing, will rejoin Bobo at Colorado State with one year of eligibility remaining.
Bobo made the announcement via his Twitter account Friday afternoon.
Bauta appeared in 20 games while at Georgia, including all 12 this season with one start. That came against Florida this season when he completed 15 of 38 passes for 154 yards and four interceptions. He will enter the mix at quarterback this spring with a knowledge of Bobo's offense, having played for him three years for the Bulldogs.
