FORT COLLINS — Naturally, Colorado State coach Mike Bobo's name was thrown around for the vacant job at Georgia because of his roots to the Bulldogs. On Tuesday, Yahoo Sports reported that sources "believed" he had interviewed for the job at Missouri, doing so sometime this week in Denver. Also mentioned were Air Force coach Troy Calhoun and Utah State coach Matt Wells.
Bobo has been on the road recruiting since Sunday morning, and and that's what Colorado State athletic director Joe Parker said he has been doing. Because of Bobo's travel, CSU associated athletic director for communications Paul Kirk said Bobo was unavailable for comment, but Parker did have a statement.
