Returning home after a convincing win over Portland and a double-overtime loss to UTEP in the Corpus Christi Coastal Classic, the Colorado State basketball team hosts Long Beach State tonight at Moby Arena.
It's the start of the a three-game home stand for the Rams (5-1), who host rival Colorado on Sunday and Arkansas-Fort Smith next Wednesday.
I spoke briefly with CSU coach Larry Eustachy on Tuesday about the Rams' matchup with Long Beach State, which is off to a 3-4 start but has played a tough schedule with six games against opponents ranked in the top 100 on KenPom.
