In what should be a confidence-building homestand, Colorado State men’s basketball knocked off the first of three opponents to visit Moby Arena over the next handful of days. The Rams feasted on the defense of Maryland Eastern Shore en route to a 76-65 victory Wednesday afternoon.
The win improved the green and gold to 3-1 on the season.
Early on, it looked the Rams would be in another tight game. But Larry’s Eustachy crew took control toward the end of the first half thanks to improved shooting. CSU took a 39-31 lead into the locker room at the break.
