LAS VEGAS — Senior guard Antwan Scott was named the all-Mountain West second team on Tuesday, the long representative from Colorado State included in the postseason awards voted on by the league's 11 coaches.
After Gian Clavell went down with a season-ending injury in late December, Scott emerged as the Rams' leading scorer and averaged 17.6 points per game in league play (fifth in the conference).
In conference games only, Scott also ranked third in both 3-pointers made per game (3.2) and 3-point percentage (41.3). He's also in the top 10 in field-goal percentage (40.
