Tyson Crocker of Rox Pile breaks down three potential breakout candidates for the Colorado Rockies in 2019. On offense, Ryan McMahon and David Dahl each certainly showed flashes of potential in 2018. All the duo really needs to be breakout players is getting a full season of Major League playing time under their belt. On the pitching side of things, Crocker lists starter German Márquez. While Márquez had an excellent 2018 campaign already, it wasn’t evenly split success, as a strong second half carried the 23-year-old right-hander over the struggles of the first half.
