The money quote here is in the title. Nick Groke spoke to Nolan Arenado, among others, about the Rockies disappointing season and the swelling frustration in the clubhouse. The major concern that Arenado captures is that this season isn’t a blip on an otherwise well-run organization poised to compete for the next couple of years. Instead, it feels much more like the Rockies are a team that needs to put several more pieces in place, and have a few things go right, in order to really be competitive.
