Rockies 4, Brewers 4, tie
At Salt River Fields
Tyler Anderson, lined up, at least right now, to be the second pitcher in the Rockies’ rotation, took a small step forward Tuesday afternoon. His fastball command, which has been lacking at times this spring, was better, and it helped set up his go-to changeup.
Anderson allowed two runs on five hits over five innings, walking one and striking out five. The strikeouts came in sticky situations with men on base.
“It’s a plus any day when you can get strikeouts in tough situations,” Anderson said.
