Colorado Rockies left-handed pitcher Tyler Anderson, after pitching just two and a third innings on a return from the 10-day Disabled List, will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and is expected to miss at least four weeks, according to Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post:

This comes as a tough blow to the Rockies who have started to feel the effects of having such a young and inexperienced pitching staff.
