While the Colorado Rockies had a formidable, yet commendable week last week, they did the opposite this week. They won their first game against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Chavez Ravine last Friday, but then lost five-straight against the Dodgers and the Cincinnati Reds. And not only did they lose five-straight, they were outscored 37-12 before beating the St. Louis Cardinals 3-2 on Thursday night. They were also nearly no-hit on Tuesday, before eventually losing 4-1. They play two more against the Cardinals before heading north to play the Minnesota Twins next week.
