The Colorado Rockies are bad. Sitting at 8-28 on the season, they are still the only team in the league not to win a series or even consecutive games this season and are in a dog-fight with the Chicago White Sox for the consensus worst team in MLB.
This is not news.
Their Triple-A affiliate, the Albuquerque Isotopes, are also very bad. With their 10-25 record, they are a whopping 13 games behind the PCL East leading Sugar Land Space Cowboys (HOU) and have also yet to win a series this year.
Considering that the Albuquerque franchise has yet to post a winning record since their incorporation to the Rockies organization, this is also not news.
