The Rockies have faced more than their share of bad pitchers in 2016

It's early May, and once again we're faced with a choice: Do we buy into something the Rockies are doing well?

The bats have gotten off to a great start this season. According to wRC+, the Rockies are on track for their best offensive season in history.

This truly surprises me. Entering the season, I thought this would be the weakest part of the team, particularly against left-handed pitching (Ryan Raburn is not included in that linked article because the Rockies didn't pick him up until shortly after I wrote it).
