DENVER -- After being mobbed and dumped with sports drink and popcorn, Trevor Story heads to his first All-Star Game in style.
Story powered his first career walk-off homer over the center-field wall while leading off the ninth inning on Sunday against Nick Vincent to give the Rockies a 4-3 victory over the Mariners and a three-game sweep of the series at Coors Field.
It was Story's 20th homer of the season -- second on the club to Nolan Arenado. The hit lifted the Rockies to their 13th victory in their last 16 games, including four in a row.
