Kyle Freeland has joined the ever mounting pile of pitchers with elbow injuries, seemingly joined by Noah Davis on Sunday night—though it ended up being shoulder pain. The Rockies are firmly in the basement of Major League Baseball with a 5-17 record and have yet to win a series or even string together consecutive wins, a dubious honor they share with their fellow cellar dwellers in the Chicago White Sox.
