CHICAGO -- The Rockies acquired catcher Drew Butera just in time to add him to the postseason roster for times like Tuesday's seventh inning. And with Colorado holding a 1-0 lead over the Cubs in the National League Wild Card Game at Wrigley Field, that time got real rocky.
With tricky righty Adam Ottavino on the mound with one on and two out, a pitch immediately sailed to the backstop to put a runner in scoring position. Then, after Ottavino walked Willson Contreras, Butera's glove tapped the bat during a swing by pinch-hitter Tommy La Stella.
