LAS VEGAS — Baseball’s annual winter meetings officially began Monday morning at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
At this point, the Rockies are not expected to make major news here, but that could change if a trade quickly falls into place or a free agent wants to make something happen.
General manager Jeff Bridich spoke with the media this morning after his appearance on MLB Network and will speak with us toward the end of each working day. He typically doesn’t reveal much, but there are hints at which direction the Rockies will go.
