MILWAUKEE -- A rough road trip just got even worse for Wade Davis.
With two outs in the ninth, Eric Thames launched a walk-off three-run homer off of Davis to give the Brewers a 5-3 win over the Rockies on Friday night at Miller Park.
It was the second walk-off surrendered by the Rockies closer in as many days. On Thursday, the damage was done by St. Louis' Jose Martinez; Friday night, Thames sent a fastball over the right-field fence.
The homer spoiled a sharp outing from right-hander German Marquez, as he allowed two runs and struck out nine in seven innings of work.
