SAN DIEGO — One month into his major-league career, Trevor Story finds himself in the company of legends Joe DiMaggio and Albert Pujols.
Story, however, doesn't seem particularly impressed with himself. The Rockies' rookie shortstop is more concerned about tweaking his approach at the plate and helping his team extend its winning streak.
"After April ended, I kind of took a deep breath and said, 'Now it's time to start a new (month),' " Story said Monday before the Rockies tried to extend their winning streak to four games as they took on San Diego at Petco Park.
