PEORIA, Ariz. — The Rockies sent a roster full of prospects and bubble players on the road Tuesday night, their first game under the lights this spring. It gave four of them a chance to put marks on the positive side of their pro-con breakdown.

Right-handed reliever Jairo Diaz touched 99 mph on an overpowering fastball, striking out two in one inning of hitless work. In the fifth, he struck out John Andreoli, got Dee Gordon to ground out to shortstop, then struck out Jean Segura on three pitches.
