I was curious, why are some teams able to develop and grow great players year after year in their farm systems, and why do other teams seem to struggle in this area? And for the Rockies, what is the biggest concern in regards to their farm system at the present time? Do they need more talent or do they need to revamp the structure and framework of their farm system? Or both?
