Rockies lose 5-1 in a typical Miami affair

Jon Gray was good, but he would have needed near perfection in order for the Rockies to win.

Coming off a 5-1 homestand in which they should have one all six games, the Rockies' hot streak came to a screeching halt tonight in Miami against young Adam Conley and the Marlins. Colorado managed just one hit in the game.

Conley didn't allow a hit for 5 2/3 innings, but he was wild at times and his lack of control forced him from the game before he could record another out. After Carlos Gonzalez doubled to break up the no-no, Conley intentionally walked Nolan Arenado to get to Trevor Story, who he unintentionally walked to load the bases for Ryan Raburn, who he hit on the foot to drive in CarGo for the first run of the game.
