The Rockies managed to bring their tried and true method of winning a game on the road back home. The score was a bit higher due to the environment, but the formula stayed the same. The Rockies starting pitcher went six innings, the offense scored just enough, and the back end of the Rockies pen brought home the win. Being at Coors made it a 5-4 game as opposed to the 3-2 versions we’ve so commonly seen on the road. The one new ingredient was the Rockies’ comeback as the three-run deficit they erased was the largest comeback win for the Rockies.
