Rockies 10, Padres 7: Antonio Senzatela sharp, offense gives plenty of run support

The Rockies beat the Padres 10-7 at Coors Field on Sunday, giving them the series win against San Diego.

Antonio Senzatela effective

The Rockies got a solid start from Antonio Senzatela, who threw 623 innings of three run baseball. He struck out seven batters and walked two. Even better, Senzatela didn’t give up a home run! That’s a welcome development.

Hits, hits everywhere

Only two position player starters didn’t get a hit for the Rockies. Nolan Arenado didn’t get one, but he took two intentional walks. Mark Reynolds didn’t get one either.
