CINCINNATI (AP) -- Skip Schumaker hit a game-winning double in the ninth inning, and the Cincinnati Reds ended a nine-game losing streak - their longest in 17 years - with a 2-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night.
Players piled out of their dugout for a wild celebration near second base after Schumaker's pinch hit ended the Reds' longest slump since they dropped 11 in a row under manager Jack McKeon in 1998.
