Everyone loves an underdog.
Unfortunately, the Colorado Rockies don’t fall into that category. They fall closer to the category of underwhelming. And let’s face it; an underdog is still usually pretty good. The 2007 Rockies were the underdog going into the postseason that year. The San Francisco Giants were the underdogs in 2010, 2012, and 2014 (yes those San Francisco Giants). Each of those years Bruce Bochy and his rag tag bunch walked away the victors even though they weren’t looked at as a threat.
Speaking of underdogs and killer transitions, the Rockies have a pitcher at Double A that needs more attention, Harrison Musgrave.
