The Colorado Rockies released their 25-man roster for the National League Wild Card game tonight. The roster is made up of 10 pitchers and 15 position players. The Rockies included one more position player than we predicted. They’ll carry a third catcher, Ryan Hanigan, to accompany Tony Wolters and Jonathan Lucroy (no Tom Murphy, but that was more suggestion than prediction). The Rockies have also elected to roster Alexi Amarista, while leaving off Ryan McMahon. Finally, as anticipated, Kyle Freeland won’t be on the roster, but Tyler Anderson will be.
