Trevor Story had yet another extra base hit for the Isotopes. His 14th double couple with his eight home runs to give Story a .616 slugging percentage since arriving at Triple-A. One thing he's not doing well at the plate right now is taking walks. His 4.2 percent walk rate added on to his .277 batting average give him an on base percentage of .314. That figure would make Story exactly league average at the big league level. Of course, major league pitching is much better and hitting is altogether more difficult one level up. With the exception of Story's dismal 2013 in Modesto, he's maintained a much higher OBP.
