Tuesday night, Gerardo Parra had pretty much all of Nationals Park clapping their arms in unison to his walk-up song, “Baby Shark.” Pinch-hitting with two outs, Parra sent a shot into left field that resulted in three runs and more or less put the game against the visiting Rockies out of reach.

The wacky, wonderful world of Parra has been absorbed into the Nationals organization, seemingly for the better.
