The Hawks record so far in 2016 might not show it, but a good chunk of their offense is putting in work. Garrett Hampson, Jacob Bosiokovic and Bobby Stahel, to name a few, are seeing continuous success at the plate.
But let’s not forget first baseman Luis Castro and the numbers he has been racking up this season to date. Last Tuesday at home, Castro put up some serious numbers. He went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a triple, had four RBIs, and scored four runs. That has easily been his best game offensively this season, and might even be the best of his pro career thus far.
