LoDo magic is alive, well and thriving for the Rockies.
Elias Diaz drove a single to left field to score Josh Fuentes from second to lift the Rockies a 3-2 walk-off victory over St. Louis on Sunday afternoon at Coors Field.
Fuentes started the rally with a two-out single off of Cardinals all-star closer Alex Reyes and advanced to second on Reyes’ wild pitch. Diaz turned on Reyes’ 3-2, 98 mph fastball for the game-winning hit.
On Thursday, Diaz hit the first walk-off of his career — a three-run homer in Colorado’s 5-2 win over the Cardinals.
