#Dodgers claimed right-handed pitcher Brooks Brown from the Colorado Rockies and designated right-handed pitcher Jim Johnson for assignment.

Brown, 30, made his Major League debut last year with the Rockies during the 2014 season, tallying a record of 0-1 in 28 games. Brown has Major League stuff if you will, yet was utilized incorrectly by Colorado in my opinion. In 14′, Brown gave up nine runs, eight earned over 26 innings pitched, striking out 21 while posting an ERA of 2.77.

This past season was a bit of a struggle for Brown.
