Well that was ugly. Tyler Anderson and the Rockies bullpen combined to allow 11 Dodgers runs on 12 hits. While the offense continued their strong showing on this home stand with seven more runs and another double-digit hit night, it wasn’t enough to overcome the final deficit that they faced. They managed to give Anderson the opportunity to win the game after taking a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the fifth, but Brooks Pounders allowed four runs in the top of the sixth to give the Dodgers the lead for good.
