DENVER -- After walking two batters to lead off the sixth inning, left-hander Jorge De La Rosa left Thursday's contest against the D-backs with a small cut on his left middle finger. He is day to day.
Rockies manager Walt Weiss, pitching coach Steve Foster and head athletic trainer Keith Dugger came out to check on De La Rosa following his free pass to Paul Goldschmidt. The meeting on the mound lasted a few minutes before De La Rosa headed to the dugout while looking at his left finger as he walked away. Christian Bergman replaced him.
