When the Rockies take the field on Monday at Miller Park against the Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado will be looking to improve upon its all-time Opening Day record of 13-11. Colorado has won its last two Opening Day games, downing Milwaukee to start the 2015 season and besting Arizona to open last year’s campaign.
This marks the fourth time the Rockies and Brewers have faced each other on Opening Day. It also marks the fourth time that Colorado and Milwaukee have opened the season against each other in Milwaukee. All have come since the 2010 season.
Colorado has opened the season on the road for the past six seasons, including this year.
