In the seventh inning of Colorado’s 13-4 victory over the New York Mets on Sunday afternoon, Blackmon blasted a ball to deep left-center field. The ball hit at the very top of the left-center field wall and bounded away from Mets center fielder Curtis Granderson. While the Mets seemed confused on whether the hit was ruled a home run or not, Blackmon never stopped running. He completed his trek around the bases standing up for what was ruled an inside-the-park home run.
